Independent rheumatology practices face the same prior authorizations, step-therapy rules, and denials as large health systems, with a smaller office. We take on that billing so clinicians and office staff can spend more time where it counts: with their patients.
No practice should eat the cost of care it already delivered.
Buy-and-bill asks a practice to pay for the drug first. When a claim is denied, the practice is left with the invoice, and the staff is left chasing it. We carry the claims and appeals so the people in the office can stay with the patients in front of them.
